Program’s Details:
- The plan is customized according to each individual’s goals, athletic level, and the equipment available, it can be planned for home training or gym.
- Subscription period: 1 month – 3 months – 6 months, depending on choice.
- A detailed and fully explained exercise schedule on the TrueCoach app, attached videos to explain the technique of each movement, in order to ensure the safety of performance and the desired activation of the muscles.
- The plan language is English.
NOTE: The validity of the plan on the True Coach app is limited to the subscription period, It is possible to extend it for an additional week, A copy of the plan sent via email can be kept.
Registration steps:
- After completing the payment, the invoice will be sent via Email with the consultation link attached to it.
- Please write down all the details, as the plan will not be prepared until all the details of the subscriber are submitted.
- After receiving your application, your plan will be customized and sent through email within a maximum period of one week from the date of the application.

I have been working out with Amal for almost 4 months and still ongoing ,
I subscribe for workouts plan
My target was to lose fat and improve my fitness and prepare myself for the Marathon in Nov 2023 ,
When I started with Amal I wasn’t able to do full squat or pull up or lift weights more than 60 kg , but
Amal is supporting my needs and make the workouts plan that fits for my time and energy I am living a busy lifestyle between full time job and part time student so generally I don’t have much time to spent at gym most of the workouts quick and targeted all the muscle my workouts is 3-4 days no more than 60 min usually 45 min she was working with me to increase my fitness and lift more wight specifically with deadlifts and squats and last month I did it actually additionally I lost 4 kg of fats
