Ramadan Training

this workout plan throughout the month of Ramadan will focus on maintaining your muscle mass while burning fat. A detailed and fully explained exercise schedule on the TrueCoach app, attached videos explaining the technique of each movement, to ensure the safety of performance and the desired activation of the muscles.
weekly split:
- 3 days – 30 minutes cardio and core training “before futoor”.
- 3 days – 40 minutes full body strength training “after futoor”.
- 1 day rest.
Program level: from beginner or advanced.
Equipments: resistance bands and dumbbells depending on the level of each individual.
The plan language is English.
