Pregna-Fit program will focus on:

  • developing abdominal and pelvic floor strength to enable you to optimally activate your core muscles during pregnancy and labor.
  • Protecting your abdominal muscles from separation caused by the growth of the child.
  • Preventing back pain during the last trimester of pregnancy.
  • Stimulating happy feelings about your pregnancy period.
  • Sleeping better and deeper at night.
  • Preparing you for an easier labor and delivery.

 

Program details:

  • Initial consultation. “PT”
  • Handouts: Nutrition plan + Stress management + Pregna-training schedule + Tracking charts.
  • PT options: once a week OR once every 2 weeks.
  • plan duration: 3 Months “full trimester”
