- Protecting your abdominal muscles from separation caused by the growth of the child.
- Preventing back pain during the last trimester of pregnancy.
- Stimulating happy feelings about your pregnancy period.
- Sleeping better and deeper at night.
- Preparing you for an easier labor and delivery.
Program details:
- Initial consultation. “PT”
- Handouts: Nutrition plan + Stress management + Pregna-training schedule + Tracking charts.
- PT options: once a week OR once every 2 weeks.
