Hi everyone,
my name is Amal Binnaji.
I am so thrilled you landed in my world!
I am a nutritionist, personal trainer and a psychologist based in Kuwait.
Throughout all my life, I have always been passionate about anything that can help humans become both physically and mentally healthy while bringing more balance into their life. Naturally, I was drawn to psychology. This passion was cultivated when I opted for a Bachelor degree in Psychology and became a pediatric psychologist. Then, I have been dedicated to understanding one of the most efficient ways to boost one’s mental and physical health that is health and fitness.
This journey officially started when I was certified in nutrition and sport “strength and conditioning”. I developed this passion when I worked my way up and started my own business as a certified nutritionist and personal trainer.
This career path was an obvious and beautiful choice for me, as I have always believed that everyone has his or her own different needs, tastes, constraints, objectives, and struggles. Therefore, they need an expert to help them go through successful transition journeys toward self-confidence and well-being.
My role, as a specialized nutritionist and personal trainer, is to help my clients avoid those poorly managed transitions that result in experiences of unmet needs and fragmented care. I work with fit people, beginners, healthy or injured, young and old people, pregnant and postpartum as well. Anyone who is willing to achieve a re-organization of their mental and physical life is welcome.
Via MyFitHope website, I put at my clients’ disposal all my expertise to accompany them in an individualized way towards the achievement of their personal goals of weight loss, health, well-being or fitness. I am sure that even those who lack the inspiration to reach their health and fitness goals can find the best version of themselves with my diet programs, workout plans,
video consultation and PT sessions. According to the rhythm of each one, my nutritional and health knowledge allow me to establish unique personalized programs with my clients.
